Well known for resistance to genre trappings JAZZPARTY ( despite their name) have always allowed themselves freedom to play and explore sonically. Wherever their whims may take them they remain solid within themselves. True to the feeling, a band who have played created and literally grown up together. NOBODY follows on from HIGHER ( lead single from their much loved previous record NOBODY GETS AWAY ) it’s danceable, joyful, a bit weird, tapping into the bands obsession with hippie seventies culty energy- You can’t quite pin it. A bit Alt 70’s rock n roll with all the tinkling percussion, a bit country sprinklings of banjo and and slide guitar, then you have the gospel pop choir power at the end.

As always JP takes the listener on a sonic ride. One you don’t want to get off.
