The songs are inspired by the rhythms of Southern Madagascar, especially tsapiky music, mixed with psychedelic rock energy, collective chants, and dance-driven performance.

Live from Madagascar is the first official live album from Malagasy artist Claudio Rabe, recorded at Institut Français de Madagascar in Antananarivo.
Blending tsapiky rhythms, psychedelic Afro-rock, and electrified traditional music, the release captures the raw energy and intensity of Claudio Rabe’s live performances.
Following performances at Sakifo Festival, Woodford Folk Festival and Les iNOUïS du Printemps de Bourges, as well as a Top 10 selection for the RFI Prix Découvertes, Claudio Rabe continues to develop an international audience through powerful live performances and cross-cultural musical exploration.
